Refund and Returns Policy

If you have purchased a product which you would like to return you must first contact The Pallet Wrap Store to request a returns number, it is imperative this number is within the returned package or we cannot process your return. Returns will only be accepted 1 week from when the delivery was signed for.

All returns must be sent back at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed by The Pallet Wrap Store. The returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and in full pack quantities as we cannot re-stock part pack quantities.

Should you receive a product which is delivered damaged or has a manufacturer’s defect you will still need to contact The Pallet Wrap Store for a returns number.

Providing the returned product conforms to the policy a will be credited within 7 days from receipt of the goods.
